The staff were so kind and helpful. they always offered welcome drinks and little cake bites in the afternoon. It. the location was fantastic too. It was easy to get to all the places i wanted to visit.

sadly, the music from a nearby cocktail bar was very loud in our room. it went on until 2am, keeping my wife and me awake all night. my sunglasses also disappeared , quite upsetting.

the location was convenient for exploring the area.

The noise from the street was quite disruptive. It made it difficult to relax in the room. also, i found that staff did not offer the welcome drink that was advertised. i was not offered anything upon arrival or , disappointing.

The location proved excellent with several dining options nearby.

The room cleaning was not up to par. My bed linen was not changed during my 4-night stay , which I found unacceptable. This lack of service contributed to discomfort, as my back ached each morning from what seemed to be a substandard bed. I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and comfort.

The location was very convenient. I found the staff to be very helpful. My standard double or twin room had good blackout curtains. This helped me sleep well. The included breakfast had delicious fresh pastries.

The location is indeed advantageous. i found several restaurants nearby. the hotel gym had good facilities and a warmed floor in the bathroom, i found this great. the hotel is conveniently located. It was convenient to walk to the ancient city.

the breakfast buffet presented some challenges. i noticed a severe lack of serving tongs. this made it difficult to avoid cross-contamination. i was surprised to learn only on my last day that a complimentary bottle of wine was available upon request.

the lobby seating was insufficient for the number of rooms it felt crowded. i wasn't offered a welcome drink at any point . my sunglasses went missing .

breakfast had a nice selection with attentive staff i found the location to be great and i walked everywhere from the hotel. tanya greeted me upon arrival i thought she was supremely helpful throughout my stay. her restaurant recommendations were superb for czech food

the room was on the first floor and faced a busy road i could hear traffic even with ear plugs. the music from the reception was loud in the room making it difficult to sleep. the thermostat had a very bright blue light i was unable to turn it off it shone directly onto the bed
